Mission

Access Advocates serve as an interconnected hub within 91Ó°ÊÓ, ensuring that every committee and initiative reflects the college’s mission to provide educational opportunities of the highest quality to all we serve. By acting as a bridge across campus committees, members bring forward perspectives that strengthen access, expand opportunity, and support the success of diverse learners.

Vision

To be the central link that connects ideas, committees, and initiatives at Sandhills, creating a campus environment where decisions are made holistically, barriers are minimized, and opportunities are maximized. Through this interconnected work, Access Advocates help shape a culture where all students can engage fully and achieve their goals.

Purpose

  • Act as a hub that connects cultural, academic, and community engagement to student success.
